Refund & Return Policy

1. Our Commitment
BIOKYND stands behind the quality of every product we ship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to make it right. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and replacements.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
• The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The product was not delivered within 15 business days of the expected delivery date
• The product packaging was tampered with or unsealed upon delivery
Opened products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged. Functional food supplements are consumable products — we cannot accept returns of opened, partially used sachets for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@biokynd.com or via WhatsApp
2. Provide your Order ID and a description of the issue
3. Attach photos of the damaged/defective product if applicable
4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
5. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).
4. Replacement Policy
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will ship a replacement at no charge. Replacements are dispatched within 2 business days of approval. You do not need to return the damaged product — a photo is sufficient for most cases.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• Change of mind after the product has been opened
• Dissatisfaction with taste or texture (these are disclosed on the product page)
• Failure to follow usage instructions
• Orders placed with incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
• Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
6. Subscription Cancellations
Subscription orders can be cancelled before the next billing cycle from your Account Portal. If a subscription order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same policy as one-time orders.
