If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the website. BIOKYND reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

BIOKYND products are functional food supplements manufactured in FSSAI-licensed, GMP-compliant facilities. All products are: • Not medicines and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease • Intended for adults aged 18 and above • To be used as directed on the product label • Subject to availability — we reserve the right to discontinue any product Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly. We make every effort to display accurate colors and descriptions, but cannot guarantee exact color reproduction on all screens.

By placing an order, you confirm that: • You are at least 18 years of age • The information you provide is accurate and complete • You are authorized to use the payment method provided All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

BIOKYND offers monthly and bi-monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected frequency. Subscription terms: • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date • You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription from your Account Portal • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid charges • Subscription prices are locked at the rate when you subscribed for the first 6 months • We will notify you at least 7 days before any price changes affecting your subscription

All content on the BIOKYND website — including text, images, logos, product names, formulations, and design — is the exclusive property of BIOKYND and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any BIOKYND content without written permission • Use BIOKYND trademarks or logos without authorization • Reverse-engineer or attempt to replicate our proprietary formulations • Scrape or systematically extract data from our website User-generated content (reviews, photos) submitted to BIOKYND grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for marketing purposes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of BIOKYND products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City], India.
