Shipping Policy

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999 • Standard shipping: ₹79 for orders below ₹999 • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹49 handling fee applies • Express shipping (1–2 days in select cities): ₹149 — available at checkout

Orders placed before 2 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.

We ship via Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, and India Post depending on your pin code and order value. The courier partner is selected automatically to ensure the fastest delivery to your location.

COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India. A handling fee of ₹49 applies to all COD orders. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If a COD order is refused or undelivered due to customer unavailability, future COD orders from the same address may be restricted.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive: • An SMS with your tracking number • An email with a tracking link • WhatsApp notification (if opted in) You can also track your order anytime on our Track My Order page using your Order ID.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges apply. For prepaid orders, a refund (minus shipping charges) will be issued if re-delivery is not possible.
